All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments such as beverages and snacks. Each charter type may have additional inclusions – for instance, sunset cruises come with premium non-alcoholic drinks and appetizers, whereas business charters are accompanied by meeting facilities and specialized dining options.

To secure your desired date, we suggest making reservations 2–3 weeks ahead of your planned outing, particularly in our high season, which runs from May through September. For professional gatherings and private events, arranging your booking 4–6 weeks in advance will afford you better availability and the opportunity to tailor your experience.

Prioritizing safety, should our captain find the weather conditions to be perilous, we will suggest another date for your charter or issue a complete reimbursement. Our team closely observes weather updates and will communicate with you 24 hours ahead of your scheduled departure if predictions seem uncertain.

Certainly, you may bring your personal selection of food and drinks. We also offer exceptional catering services to tailor menus to your taste preferences. Do note that glassware is not allowed on board owing to safety concerns.

Our goal is to be accommodating to all guests. Certain vessels are more equipped for accessibility than others. We encourage you to reach out during the booking process to address specific requirements, and we will suggest a yacht that meets your needs while coordinating additional access provisions as necessary.

Cancellations submitted more than 72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a complete refund. Those made 24–72 hours before departure are subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 24 hours of departure generally does not warrant a refund unless it results from precarious weather or mechanical impairments on our side.
